10 Things We Want You To Know

1. Our name is ATLroof.com

We know there was some confusion over the past few years with a similarly named company. Our name is our web site. There's no "ANTA" in it!

2. ATLroof.com is local

We work in the greater Atlanta area. Check our service area. Chances are, you're in it.

3. ATLroof is a GAF Master Elite™ Certified Contractor.

To become a factory-certified GAF Master Elite™ roofing contractor, we had to show that we are:

- Fully Licensed

- Adequately Insured for your protection

- Have a Proven Reputation for providing quality roofing services throughout the community

- Committed to Ongoing Professional Training to ensure quality installation

Because of GAF’s stringent standards, only the top 3% of all roofing contractors have qualified as Master Elite™ contractors!

Choosing a GAF Master Elite™™ contractor is your assurance that you’ll be dealing with a quality, reputable, and dependable professional contractor — not some “fly-by-nighter.”

4. Shopping for a roof is more than getting three estimates and picking the cheapest one.

There are many differences in contractors. We do not compete on price, we compete on quality, service and workmanship. And, we win.

5. Using quality products matter. It's the roof over your head after all.

If you are looking for the cheapest roofing products available, we are not the contractor for you. We are able to guarantee our work at the level we do in part because of the products we use and trust.

6. "Immediately" is a relative term.

We understand that upon discovering a problem, you want it taken care of as soon as possible. We make every effort to accommodate your needs, but typically our schedule cannot be rearranged at the drop of a hat because we have already committed to helping other people who are in the same situation as you.

7. ATLroof.com does Residential AND Commercial roofing.

Residential roofs are typically peaked roofs on houses, small churches and other similar structures. Commercial roofs are usually flat, although an peaked roof apartment building would be considered commercial because of the nature of the property. If you're not sure, just ask us. We can handle it either way.

8. My insurance company is covering the job, but I found a cheaper roofing company.

If price is your only concern, then by all means go for the cheaper contractor but remember the old adage, "you get what you pay for." See items four and five above.

9. Your insurance deductible is your responsibility.

We understand how the roofing insurance claims work and can help you navigate the process. If your policy stipulates that you pay a deductible before work begins, then that's what you do. We have no control over the terms of your agreement.

NOTE: Per GA House Bill 423, it is ILLEGAL for a contractor to pay for your deductable or give you anything FREE in connection with your insurance claim.

10. Your roof is the first and best line of defense against the elements.

Leaks or holes are obvious problem signs that you will probably be aware of quickly. Roofs age over time and develop problems that can cause extensive, and unnecessary, damage to your home. Check your roof several times a year for signs of trouble If your roof is over 10 years old, it could be in need of repair or replacement. We'll help you determine that for free.
